Where can I see gift messages that my customers choose?
With Super Gift Options, you can offer your customers the ability to include gift messages with their orders, whether these are paid or free options. To view the gift messages selected by your customers, follow these simple steps:
Access Your Store Admin Panel:
- Log in to your Shopify store admin panel.
Navigate to Orders:
- Click on the "Orders" section from the sidebar. Select the specific order you want to review.
View Gift Messages:
- Open the chosen order, and look for the "Additional Details" section on the right side of the screen. Here, you will find the gift message(s) that the customer has included with their order.
