Where can I see the consent date and time of when customers have agreed to the terms and conditions?
Our Terms and Conditions Checkbox app records the exact date and time when customers agree to your terms and conditions. You can view this information in the order details, but please note a few important points:
Important Note:
- Due to programmatic restrictions, the consent date and time cannot be added to the order details for orders placed via the Buy It Now button. If this affects you, please contact our support team to request hiding the Buy It Now button.
How to Find the Consent Date and Time:
After an Order is Placed:
- The exact date and time when the customer ticked the checkbox will be recorded in the "Additional Details" section of the order.
Customize the Consent Label:
- You can adjust the "Agreed to the Terms and Conditions" label by changing it in the app’s dashboard.
