How to Check If the App Is Properly Working

To ensure that the app is functioning correctly on your Shopify store, you can easily test the events using the Pixel Helper. This tool allows you to verify that your events, such as "Add to Cart," are being tracked properly.

Follow these simple steps to test the app's functionality:



Go to the Customer Events Settings:

In your Shopify admin, navigate to the following link: https://shop_url/admin/settings/customer_events (replace "shop_url" with your actual store URL).
Test the Event with Pixel Helper:

Scroll down to the TiXel's app section and click Test.

This will open your store in a new window, and the Pixel Helper will appear on the right-hand side of your browser.
Test the "Add to Cart" Event:

To test the "Add to Cart" event, simply add a product to your cart.

The Pixel Helper will display a report showing the event being triggered, confirming that everything is working properly.

By following these steps, you can easily verify that the app is correctly tracking events, giving you peace of mind that it's set up properly.
