#The Countdown Timer is not appearing in my store
If the Countdown Timer is not showing up on your store, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Open the Scarcity Cart Countdown Timer app.
Click the "Activate Timer" button to ensure the timer is enabled.
For the timer to appear, the app embed must be enabled in your theme settings. Here’s how to check and activate it:
In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
Click Customize on your active theme.
Navigate to the App embeds tab (top left corner).
Enable the app embed for Rushy Scarcity Timer and click Save.
