Steps to Grant Access to the Customer Events Section



Click here and open the Users and permissions section of your store's settings.
Scroll down until you see the Collaborators section of the store.
Click on the Effective Apps collaborator user account name.

Scroll down to the Store permissions section.
Expand the Store settings section and check the View Customer Events and Manage and Add Customer Pixels.
Click on the Save button in order to apply the new permissions.
