Checkout Blocking Features – How It Works
Blocky - Simple Country Blocker helps you prevent unwanted orders directly at the checkout page.
With our Checkout Blocking features, you can stop customers from completing their purchase if their email, phone number, full name, or address matches information you have blocked.
This article explains how each blocker works so you can take screenshots of every section inside the app.
Customer Email Blocker
What it does:
Blocks customers from completing checkout if they use a specific email address.
How it works:
Go to Blocky Dashboard.
Open Customer Email Blocker.
- Turn the feature ON.
- Add the email address you want to block (example: example@email.com).
- Save your settings.
What happens at checkout:
- If a customer enters a blocked email address at checkout,
- They will immediately be prevented from placing the order.
- The checkout will not be completed.
- The customer will get blocked on the checkout page.

Customer Phone Blocker
What it does:
Prevents checkout completion when a blocked phone number is used.
How it works:
Go to Customer Phone Blocker.
- Turn the feature ON.
- Add the phone number(s) you want to block.
- Save changes.
What happens at checkout:
- If the customer enters a blocked phone number,
- They will not be able to complete the purchase.
- The customer will get blocked on the checkout page.

Customer Full Name Blocker
What it does:
Blocks customers using a specific full name at checkout.
How it works:
- Open Customer Full Name Blocker.
- Enable the feature.
- Add the full name you want to block.
- Save settings.
What happens at checkout:
- If the entered full name matches a blocked name,
- The checkout process will be stopped.
- The customer will get blocked on the checkout page.

Customer Address Blocker
What it does:
Stops customers from placing orders if they use a blocked shipping address.
How it works:
Go to Customer Address Blocker.
- Turn the feature ON.
- Add the address you want to block.
- Save the settings.
What happens at checkout:
- If the shipping address matches a blocked address,
- The customer will not be able to complete checkout.
- The customer will get blocked on the checkout page.
