Where Can I See That a Customer Has Requested a Gift Message, Wrap, or Receipt?
Introduction
When a customer selects options from the Gift Options pop-up, their preferences are stored as cart attributes and passed along with the order. You can easily view these selections from the order details screen in your Shopify admin.
How to View Gift Option Selections
Click here and open the orders section of your Shopify Admin.
Locate the specific order you'd like to review and click on it.
In the order details page, look at the top right side for the Additional Details section. It will contain all of the gift options that your customer selected.

Use the information shown to fulfill the customer’s gift preferences (e.g. include the message, hide pricing, or wrap the item).
Conclusion
By reviewing the Additional Details in each order, you can easily manage customer requests for gift wrap, gift messages, or gift receipts.
