The Terms and Conditions Checkbox is Not Appearing in My Store

Introduction


If the TnC: Terms and Conditions Box app is not displaying on your Shopify store, don’t worry—this issue can often be resolved with a few quick troubleshooting steps. This guide will help you check and fix the most common reasons why the Terms and Conditions Checkbox may not be visible.

1. Verify App Embed Settings


Open the App Embeds section of your theme by clicking here.
Scroll down the list until you find the Terms Checkbox App Embed.
Ensure that the App Embed option is toggled ON.
If it is OFF, toggle it ON and click Save at the top-right corner.



2. Confirm App Status & Settings


Open the Terms and Conditions Checkbox app dashboard by clicking here.
Ensure that the app status is Active. If it's not, click on the Activate Checkbox button that appears at the top right side of the screen, then click on the Save button that will appear at the top center of the screen.



3. Clear Browser Cache


Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure you’re viewing the latest version of your store.
Refresh your store page after clearing the cache and check if the Terms and Conditions Checkbox appears.

4. Contact Support


If you’ve followed these steps and the Terms and Conditions Checkbox is still not appearing:
