The Low Stock Counter is Not Appearing in My Store
Introduction
If the Low Stock Counter app is not displaying on your Shopify store, don’t worry—this issue can often be resolved with a few quick troubleshooting steps. This guide will help you check and fix the most common reasons why the Stock Counter may not be visible.
1. Verify App Embed Settings
Open the App Embeds section of your theme by clicking here.
Scroll down the list until you find the Low Stock Counter App Embed.
Ensure that the App Embed option is toggled ON.
If it is OFF, toggle it ON and click Save at the top-right corner.

2. Confirm App Status & Settings
Open the Low Stock Counter app dashboard by clicking here.
Ensure that the app status is Active. If it's not, click on the Activate Stock Counter button that appears at the top right side of the screen, then click on the Save button that will appear at the top center of the screen.

Open the Appearance Rules tab and under the Inventory-based Appearance section, select Show the stock counter for all of the products regardless of their inventory

3. Ensure The Product's 'Track Inventory' Option Is Toggled On
If you have configured the Stock counter to appear based on products' actual inventory, you have to ensure that the products that the counter is supposed to appear for have inventory in stock.
Click here and open the products section of your Shopify admin.
Select the product for which the alert is not showing and enter its details page.
In the product details page, scroll down to the Inventory section:

Ensure that the Track quantity option is enabled and that the Available quantity is greater than 0.
Save the product details and refresh the product page on your store.
Check if the available quantity you set is equal to or less than the threshold defined in the app’s dashboard. The Low In Stock Alert should now appear above or below the "Add to cart" button.

4. Clear Browser Cache
Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure you’re viewing the latest version of your store.
Refresh your store page after clearing the cache and check if the Stock Counter appears.
5. Contact Support
If you’ve followed these steps and the Stock Counter is still not appearing:
