The counter does not appear in the store

  • Make sure the default text remains in place.
  • Removing the default text can cause the counter to not display properly, leaving only text visible.

3. Adjust Minimum Visitors Setting

  1. In Appearance Rules, locate Minimum Visitors To Show The Counter.
  2. Set the value to 1.
  • Setting a higher number will delay the counter’s appearance until that many visitors have been counted.
