Click here and open the TnC: Terms and Conditions Box app dashboard in your Shopify admin.
Open the Checkbox Settings and then click on the Appearance Settings tab.
Locate the Checkbox Default Appearance section.
Uncheck the option Make the checkbox optional by default to make the checkbox mandatory.
