Solution:
Update Your Shopify Mobile App:
- Open the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android) on your mobile device.
- Search for the Shopify app.
- If an update is available, you’ll see an option to update the app. Tap Update.

Recheck the Blocky App:
- After updating the Shopify mobile app, open it again and navigate to the Blocky app.
