Can I Show the Terms and Conditions Checkbox on the Checkout Page?

Introduction

Shopify only allows merchants on the Shopify Plus plan to make changes to the checkout page (you can read more about it here). Even with that access, any checkbox added there comes with some limitations—for example, it can’t be shown conditionally based on the visitor’s IP geolocation, and can’t be styled freely.

Conclusion

For this reason, our app displays the terms and conditions checkbox on the cart page or drawer of the store, in order to support all Shopify stores, and to give merchants full control over the style, behavior, and logic of the checkbox.
