Can I Move Pixels Between TikTok Ads Manager Accounts?

If you're switching to a different TikTok Ads Manager account, you may wonder whether you can transfer your existing TikTok Pixel to the new account.


The short answer is no. TikTok Pixels are permanently associated with the Ads Manager account in which they were created and cannot be transferred to another account.


Can TikTok Pixels Be Moved?


No. Once a TikTok Pixel is created, it is owned by the TikTok Ads Manager account that created it. TikTok does not provide an option to move or transfer a pixel between different Ads Manager accounts.


If you need to use a different Ads Manager account, you will need to:

  1. Create a new TikTok Pixel in the new Ads Manager account.
  2. Connect the new pixel to your Shopify store using the TiXel: Meta Pixel TikTok Pixel app.
  3. Verify that the new pixel is receiving events correctly before using it for advertising campaigns.
