Can I add more than one checkbox?

When using the TnC: Terms and Conditions Box app, you might wonder if it's possible to include multiple checkboxes for different agreements — such as Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Refund Policy.


Currently, Shopify’s policy allows only one checkbox per form. This means adding multiple checkboxes directly isn’t supported. However, you can still ensure that customers agree to all your important policies through a single, well-structured label.


How to Manage Multiple Agreements


Within your single checkbox text, include links to all relevant policies — for example:

  • Terms of Service
  • Privacy Policy
  • Refund or Shipping Policy


By linking multiple pages, customers will review and agree to all policies when they check the single box.

Ensure the label text clearly communicates that checking the box confirms agreement to all linked policies. This transparency keeps your store compliant and helps customers understand what they’re consenting to.
