Troubleshooting QR Invoices Generation and Invoice Visibility

If you’re having trouble generating QR Invoices or finding your invoice, it’s possible that there’s an issue with the connection between QRify and QuickBooks. Follow these steps to reconnect QRify to your QuickBooks account:

Log In to QRify: Visit QRify’s login page and log in with your QuickBooks account.

Navigate to Settings: Go to the settings tab.


Under the "Plan & QuickBooks Connection" section, find and click on the blue "Disconnect from QuickBooks" button.



Confirm Disconnection: A pop-up window will appear. Confirm the disconnection by clicking the red button in the pop-up.


Reconnect to QuickBooks: Once disconnected, you will be directed to a new screen. Click the green "Connect to QuickBooks" button.

Authorize Access: You will be redirected to QuickBooks for authorization. After granting permission, you’ll be sent back to QRify’s main dashboard.

Try again to generate a QR Invoice: Attempt to create a QR Invoice again. You should be able to find your QuickBooks invoices now.
