# Where can I see the consent date and time of when customers have agreed to the terms and conditions?

## Introduction
The **Terms and Conditions Checkbox** app records the **exact date and time** when customers agree to your terms and conditions. This information can be accessed in the order details, giving you a clear record of customer consent. This guide explains how to **view the consent timestamp**, customize the label, and provides important notes regarding order types. 

## **Important Note**
* Due to **programmatic restrictions**, the consent date and time **cannot be recorded** for orders placed via the **Buy It Now** button.
* If this affects your workflow, you can contact our **support team** to **hide the Buy It Now button** on your store.

## **How to Find the Consent Date and Time**
### After an Order is Placed
1. Open the **order details** in your Shopify admin.
2. Navigate to the **"Additional Details"** section.

## **Customizing the Consent Label**
