# The speaker widget disappeared from my site - what can I do?

## Introduction
If your **speaker widget has disappeared** from your Wix site, there’s no need to worry. This is a common issue that can occur accidentally and can be quickly resolved. This guide will walk you through the steps to **restore the widget** and get your background music working again.

## **Steps to Restore the Speaker Widget**
### 1. **Access the Wix Editor**
* Log in to your Wix account and open the **Wix Editor** for your site.

### 2. **Search for the App**
* In the settings menu, click the **search option**.
* A search bar will appear on the right side of your screen.
* Type **“Custom Background Music”**.
* Click **“Open”** to access the app settings.

### 3. **Add the Widget Again**
* Click on **“Add again”** to reinsert the speaker widget into your site.
