# Conversion Events Are Not Triggering for Third-Party Payment Processors

## Introduction
If you're using a third-party payment processor (like **Revolut**, **Checkify**, etc.) and notice that conversion events aren't triggering, this is due to how these processors handle checkout sessions. This guide explains the limitation and what you can do about it.
---
## Why This Happens
TiXel relies on **Shopify's native checkout** to trigger conversion events like **Purchase events** (Complete Payment). When a customer uses a third-party processor:

* They're redirected off-site to complete payment.
* That redirect breaks the tracking flow required for TikTok pixel events.
* As a result, TiXel **cannot detect or trigger** the conversion event.
---
## What You Can Do
If you're using a third-party payment provider:

* Reach out to their support team and ask if they offer native TikTok pixel support or a way to fire custom tracking events.
* If conversion tracking is critical to your marketing efforts, consider using a **Shopify-supported payment method** that completes transactions within your store.
---
## Conclusion
TiXel cannot track purchases made through off-site payment gateways. For full conversion tracking, ensure your checkout flow is compatible with Shopify’s Web Pixels API.
