# Can I Show the Terms and Conditions Checkbox on the Checkout Page?

## Introduction  
Shopify only allows merchants on the **Shopify Plus** plan to make changes to the checkout page (you can read more about it [here](https://shopify.dev/docs/api/checkout-ui-extensions)). Even with that access, any checkbox added there comes with some limitations—for example, it **can’t be shown conditionally** based on the visitor’s IP geolocation, and can’t be styled freely.

## Conclusion  
For this reason, our app displays the terms and conditions checkbox on the **cart page or drawer** of the store, in order to support all Shopify stores, and to give merchants **full control** over the style, behavior, and logic of the checkbox.
